The owner of the cars found out and called NYPD to tell them. They did nothing & then more tickets were written to the same cars. Finally, the owner went out and found the cars himself. The dark blue cars are either traffic or auxiliary. The White RMP's are for the NYPD police.
If you look at the back end of the car on the side it say's traffic or Aux and what precinct they are from.

Best police in the world... my ass!! Ever see the report by Arnold Diaz about how NYPD was writing parking tickets several cars that had been reported stolen? The owner of the cars found out and called NYPD to tell them. They did nothing & then more tickets were written to the same cars. Finally, the owner went out and found the cars himself. When he called the cops to tell them he recovered his cars, they came and wanted to arrest him as a "Vigilante"! That ain't my idea of good police work!

what do you want them to do . it cost so much money to live in new york but they pay there cops shit. hell a chp officer makes twice what they make and thats starting off in training it is just sad that the city wants them to say no to everything and not to take money from anyone but hell a person is going to do what ever it takes to live. i am not saying its right but the city needs to open its eyes and start paying them more.
