  • @samoabull what does he need to touch up in his form? i see he's doing it 90-100% perfectly. In terms of doing it slower, it all depends on what training you are doing, power, eccentric, whatever. I think he doesnt need to touch up on anything, but im curious, you say he needs to tidy it up?

  • @samoabull perhaps you can tell me what was so awful about his form? You can harm your joints doing anything heavy in the gym and everybody is different.

  • @samoabull quit whining about form, anybody who can bench 100kg 15 reps with no spotter does not need to tidy up their form, strict form is silliness and to be honest the biggest guys are never in strict form.

    Great form 15 reps on 100kg is very good.You seem to have the perfect short armsa nd muscular forearms for the bench press. But i think with a bit more dynamic form (bouncing hard off the chest) and as full but faster reps which is how i train u could probably do 20. Seems that 15 was very easy for u despite what that tool said. Great stuff. Excellent work
