UPDATE on Defective GraveDigger from Spirit Halloween. They have agreed to pay for the return shipping and a very quick and nice customer service staff. TEKKTOYS however....questionable products...I also got the grave rocker and he doesnt work the way he should...somethings wrong with this companies quality especially when it comes to their high end animatronics... because they were slow and nonchalant about my experience I'm sticking with Gemmy products...

I just got him today from Spirit Halloween. He is Defective, after putting him all together when I plugged him in he didnt work- not even once. I tried everything, ac adaptor, batteries, step on mat...nothing. Now Spirit Halloween says I have to pay the return shipping for this defective JUNK...and TEKKTOYS is of NO HELP to resolve making him work...Hope others paying the high dollars at least get one that works cause I got JUNK..oh and he doesnt look that realistic either...thats movie making

I am glad they are coming out with props that actually move their mouth when talking this makes them more realistic and I am sure he will be a best seller :D
