His name is Jiri Wehle. I saw him in Prague in 2004 and he's a great musician.

He is very unique. Is he a street musician? This song sounds centuries old and I hear Medieval influence in it. very nice. I wish it was complete.

@AmyLuAnne Sorry for the late reply lol, but yes he is a street musician, he also has a band. I have several videos of him from when I lived in Prague, I would spend a lot of time listening to him. I'll try to upload some of my videos of him, he's very talented.
