@MaSterBeeF967 Yes, but that was the benefit of having a duo. It wasn't against the rules to have a duo, and because they've been singing with eachother for years it sounds better. They won fairly. Kelsey already has some fame with a music video etc. So tbh, I think it was fair for them to be put through.

Don't get me wrong, Kelsey is good, but she sounds like every other singer in my opinion. Tori and Taylor have something unique about them. Something that doesn't sound like just another duo in the business. I have been a fan since I was little and watched them on American Juniors. So glad they are back!

The Thompson sisters have something that most duets don't. They know who has the higher and lower notes and are happy with the parts they have. They are unselfish with their songs and they are young and already good. They just need some time in a recording room and some years of practice on top and there wont be another duet like them in... ever..

i have to agree all 3 are great.. but when it comes to American voting over 68% of the votes are from under the age of 16... so as a tactical method i think it was a wise choice to keep the sisters. they could just stand up there chewing their nails and still get majority of the votes.. their out going personality will win over America.. love this rendition.. but Dia gets my vote.. huge fan of "Meg and Dia"

I think Kelsey is better, but I can see how he picked the Thompsons. Kelsey is beautiful and has an amazing voice and will have NO problem getting back into the industry. The Thompsons are young and kinda niave and may believe what anyone tells them. They need help, Kelsey doesn't - so, he let her go.

This was the second of Cee Lo's duels that I enjoyed incredibly much (the first being, of course, Vicci and Niki). Just like then, i sort of wanted both acts to move forward.

Though, I'm happy Tori and Taylor were the ones who did. They're great and cute and last week I wanted Elenowen to move forward, so this is like a redemption, in a way.

But Kelsey is also great.... Gaaah, Vicci and Niki all over again. :(

There is an advantage for having either of them on cee-lo's team. Like blake mentioned Kelsey is more experienced and I think she has a type of sound that would sound good on the radio, on the other hand having the only duo in the competition may allow cee-lo's team to stand out and the cuteness factor gives them extra brownie ponts.
