I can't believe she mentioned "Love and Light". I call them the "Love and Light Red-Necks". I've had enough of this love and light nonsense. A lot of evil people say that. They are very critical, judgmental, and they think they know it all because they go around saying "Love and Light" to everyone.

You die, because you start operating from your soul instead of your lower self. You feel as if you are gone, since a new you has become. You need to rebirth your lower self, so you feel as though you are alive again, but maintain your new higher self which you have gained. The lower self is like a child, full of joy. This is who you only were before you incarnated a lot more of your higher self. You need to act from your lower self and your higher self. Integrating them.

@lilbig05 Incarnating lower self is activating areas of your brain. You bring your higher self's friend back. Your higher self then can experience the world through your lower self, which was the purpose of our higher self's incarnation into the physical dimensions in the first place. You must also incarnate more of your higher self though, that is also the purpose. You are bringing the higher back to the lower. They can become one again, like during the void, but better.

@lilbig05 We are the void just deciding to have experiences. The true God is the void. When we pray to God, we are praying to the higher dimensions, in which we reside in the higher dimensions, so we are at least in part praying to ourselves. If you incarnate your higher self, you are then God inside you, and are aware of it. You need the consciousness from the lower dimensions in order to have lower dimension consciousness which is separate from your higher self.

@lilbig05 You need all aspects of your lower self: Root, sex, and solar plexus. And all aspects of your higher self: Solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.
