wrong, most dev's claim they've made new engine but if you read into it, behind the scenes what actually happens is the take either the last engine they used re-build it removing, adjusting or adding to areas of it or if their just starting out the take an engine from a similar game and change it to suit their needs.

Infinity Ward retitle their engine every year to; IW1-2 so on...as they make changes, the same as most other company's year after year.

All these game don't use new engines genius, just up-dates: Crysis, battlefield, assassins creed, TES, gears, halo, and resistance.

Don't be a dumb ass it a well known fact dev's can't release every game with a new engines they require years to develop. This game has bad in-game graphics.
