Um... not quite sure, I'm guessing that her vampire impulses together with the part of TATARI that's in her blood is slowly turning her evil, and since she possesses all of TATARI's abilities (apart from the whole phenomenon thing), you could say that Dust of Osiris, or Sion TATARI, would be the successor of the original TATARI (Zepia, number 13), and thus take over the throne as main antagonist in this game.
Not quite right. Walachia drank a lot of Sion's blood, so after Walachia was defeated, Sion's blood took over Tatari and formed Dust of Osiris, so Sion Eltnam Atalasia and Dust of Osiris are seperate beings, but they are both technically Sion.
