This is the last and final chakra in our body which is presented at the center of the head which contains thousand petals.This chakra is used to enlighten the people.By enlightening this chakra we become free from all tensions and depressions tll end of our life

every one has to make an habit of doing meditation daily throughout his life.because this is the only chance given by the god to make a relationship with ur favourite god.By doing dhanya everyday we get a lot of relief from tensions and stress.

I heard the Kundalini is evil and that it involves demonic spirits, etc...? Many people have had bad experiences due to practising this stuff...

Perhaps it just has to do with being so opened up for lack of a better word that you notice things that could otherwise be considered 'evil'. Generally, things that are not normal are considered evil and demonic. Perhaps that comes with not fully understanding. However, this is just a speculation.

@exprodigal83 If not practiced with pure intention maybe... i have not known anyone with this happening to but i do know if anything is done with the Wrong Intention it is evil... but evil is just good on a bad day. anyone and anything is capable of being evil.. just as they are capable of being good. if using Kundalini is used to gain higher self awareness with pure, genuine intention.. then no evil will manifest.

how can energy be good or evil ? ? evil and good falls into the idea of non dualism!! yes u r correct .. many people who try to raise the kundalini without the proper strategy can experience all sort of problems..which is why it is said ..that one should find a real guru..who can then guide us on it..
