  • Hey, has anyone here utilised Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my colleagues lost tremendous amount of fat using Gallactico 324 Diet, but just wanted a consumer review before opting for that.

  • You should get yourself a privat trainer, it would help on your teqnicue (can't spell)

    There are a few parts where I can see your doing things too fast or are in the wrong angle. But thumbs up for sure. I am on the other side of the training thing, too skinny, so I am training to gain weigh.

    im chubby aswell, i've been losing around 2kg a week - i do the fitness weight training aswell...

    an advice would be to take abit less weight, but more times. im 16, and i use 9kg 1handed weights for 20 times, but in 4-5 sets

  • Do yourself a GREAT favour and get someone in your gym teach you proper form before you injure your back and have to quit the excercising for months.

  • Dude your doing it all wrong, it will take you forever to lose weight doing this. You need to build muscle! light weigh will build endurance at 15 reps. Build muscle so the body automatically burns the calories, use basic movements. do squats, bench presses, deadlift, seated pully row, bent over row, you need to use weight. do interval training. Also get on a intestinal colon cleanse, you'll lose like 10-50lbs just by shitting it out! Lose the dairy, and avoid deep fried foods, up the vegees!

  • @ADAMAKAGORE No, diary is very fattening, I grew up on a farm, and we milked cows, youd get fat real quick on raw milk, thats why I say drop the dairy, its nature's design to fatten up calves and get them the protein so they can survive not meant for human consumption. Also its an ok source of protein, but the best sources of protein is Hemp, bee pollen,Goji Berry Powder,Brazil Nut Protein Powder,Maca Powder,Mesquite Powder,Maca Extreme,spirulina,flax seed,and many more natural sources.

  • @kingofmonra If you read what I actually said, the milk the calves get is designed by nature to fatten them up, basically fats are used as fuel and the protein to help them build muscle, i never said protein makes you fat, as i said "nature's design to fatten up calves and get them the protein"

    never said in that sentence that protein makes them fat. 2 things that are huge fat producers all dairy, and cooked OILS, if the oil is cooked its turns rancid and the body stashes it as fat!

  • TheRealChiefVlogge if you want to lose weight fast then drop or rduce your dairy, deepo fried foods, and highfructose cornsyrp laden foods and drinks, lose the simple sugars, eat more veges, and build muscle. Also a intestinal colon cleanse you can drop some lbs over a period of 2 months, but weight loss comes about when theres more stuff coming out then going in, sounds nasty but its true. Also you will lose weight when you burn more calories then you consume, but to do that you need muscle!

  • @ADAMAKAGORE Yeah, cheese is the only dairy product I can think of that he doesn't need. yoghurt and milk and cottage cheese are great protein stuff and things... Or he could eat protein bars, but that gets expensive in the long run.

    Now some suggestions on the exercises:

    00:53// It screams injured back all over the place. It's very taxing on your spine, especially since you also have a bit of extra weight. Try to separate the exercises: sit on a bench and do the overhead press, and instead of the squats you can do the exercise at the leg-pushing machine. It spares your back.

  • i lost 60kg in 9 months, and which inspired me to become a personal trainer, in which i just graduated from 1 week ago , ... and all i have to say is man ... you dont need weights to tone up .... cardio cardio cardio .... plyometric/explosive exercises man . try to in your breaks ... active recovery ... always move mate .. running, cross trainer, speed bike all the best .... try woodchops, supersetting, and trisetting ... you will achieve your goals 3 times faster as you are using more muscles

  • Dude the gym won't last long because soon you will be injured. Forget calourie counting because you can eat many thousands of calouries of fruit and vegetables per day. A small percentage of meat and no sugar or sugury drinks. Buy a juicer and juice vegetables (at least 2 litres a day). Walk and drink shitloads of water. Power to you dude.

  • Hey man, what you're doing is awesome. Just try to go slower and keep good form so the workout is harder and there'll be more payoff. You'll be healthy in no time.

  • Your form is terrible. No offense. when you do a set make sure you take your time and FULLY extend your arms outward and inward especially when bench pressing. Your cutting yourself short if you half-ass it and you burn way more calories.

    All I have to say is slow down your reps a little. The more momentum you use, the less work your muscles are actually doing. So slow you're reps, have good form, and wish you the best of luck!

  • First, to answer your question it's the front squat. I'd be interested in seeing the program you set up with a trainer or your own. I just got started posting some you tube videos and putting up work outs that you might find interesting.

  • @liondancer Weight loss is about calorie control. If he uses more calories than he ingests, he will lose weight. A workout involving free weights is a HUGE calorie consumer. A guy his size, weight and age probably uses between 2500-3000 calories a day(maybe more?). Adding a workout could bring that up 200-600 calories(maybe more?) and thats not even considering the physical advantages of adding a healthy workout.

  • Good luck man, I'll be doing what your doing in the summer (im 6'2) 300 pounds. gotta change that by next year, Also, do alot of jogging and work on your arms a tad bit more.

  • in your squats, keep your back straight, feet and knees pointing forward and dont allow your body to go over your heel when you come down and keep your barbell above your head. use a small weight till u can manage technique really well, will give you way better gains. if you have any questions, inbox me. i went down this road and made a lot of errors, but i eventually lost 2 stone. it always make me happy when people take their weight problems seriously.

  • also you might want to lift in general, it makes you sweat and builds muscle, help pull together a nice figure while losing, thats what im doing

  • instead oh the 25 lb weight pull over try skull crusher, same concept and motion as pull over, but use a curling bar + weights, also a good weight lifting exercise to really make you sweat is clean and jerk

    Don't do it fast, do it all slow!

  • I did the same thing you're trying to do now 2 years ago. I lost 80 pounds. Never got them back, thankfully.

    Among the things I've learned during those 2 years is that the exercises you're doing in this video will not make you lose a lot of fat, especially when starting out, like you do. You trainer should know that.

    Do cardio. Start with fast walking, then, when you're feeling comfortable, start running. You can ride your bike, too, but I feel that running if more effective.

  • Someone once told me that you don't need all these crazy workouts for beginning. Start out with basics, eating right, then running, situps and pushups you can't go wrong with those 4 things.

  • You need to ensure that you finish your first rep before you start your second rep.  Its just as much about form as it is about function.

  • Pete I'm happy for you and wish you the best of luck on what you're doing, and thats why I'm saying this, your form on most of your exercises is awful, and thats what leads to injuries (i've been there done all that) If you are paying someone to show you how to do this exercises like this, I suggest you fire this person immediately. You'd seriously be better off just watching videos on form on youtube.

  • @HowDaWorldTwerks Well the trainer is really REALLY experienced. I worked with him only on Sunday and he gave me the routine to do on my own. It was a free lesson that I got from joining up at the gym. I know what you mean but I'm pushing a lot of weight around so it's tough to maintain perfect form.

  • Pete, when you exercise you should really breathe out your nose more. Also, you should just play a sport that you enjoy. It will keep you more motivated. Or work out with a friend, relatively someone who is around your size, so you'll try to be more competitive and burn more calories.

  • @cockmunch69 I did at one point but I have a trainer and go to an actual gym now. Plus I no longer live at home so I have an entirely different lifestyle change.
