  • Why everyone gotsa be all mad someone didn't do it first?

  • so punk man

  • half past you is my new point of view....

  • It means he likes the song XD

  • well my friend told me to listen to this song...he did like me in the 6th grade..im in 8th now...idk if he still likes me. but what does it mean if he told me to listen to this song?

  • @ThePunky522 It means he has great taste in music. Also I think he might have a crush on you

  • @HoldinMagroin8 The Pixies weren't Nirvana's main influence. It was Buzz Ousbourne that brought them up, and got Kurt into the scene. You wouldn't know that though, because you weren't alive at the time. Your trying to contend, and calling names, because you know you can't admit that you're ignorant on the subject. Stick to arguing emo, since it's the generation you grew up in.

  • the chords are C# E C# B A E C# B i think. someone tell me if i am wrong

  • Come on people! Lets stop saying "I wish I was born in the 90s" or 'bring the 90s back", Lets get the fuck off of youtube and go start a shitty band from nothing and have fun and we can start another rock revolution. Whos with me? We can sit around saying fuck justin beiber or fuck hipsters, or we can give them a fat one right up the ass!

  • @flipside799 Yeah, I realized that a while ago, I was complaining so much I thought maybe I shouldn't be allowed to complain unless I'm willing to get off my lazy butt and stand up for my rights and actually freaking DO SOMETHING about it, so now I'm more open to talking about it and spreading the word and practicing the guitar like crazy in order to start a revolution!

  • @KristinNirvana I dont understand your comment. Is that sarcasm or or just stating that. Cus i might be reading it wrong. W/e you do what you do. Iv been praticing the guitar alot lately and i have a couple songs iv made. I just need to get my other guitar fixed and my band back together.

  • @flipside799 It's not sarcasm. It's just that I always hated fame with such a passion and I eventually realized in order to start a revolution I just have to start talking about it and be open to stuff, and remind myself to practice more, I have been for years, but need to even more.

  • @flipside799 I'm in the process of it now.

  • Man I hate wanna-bes..

  • There are no guitar tabs for this, so iv just tabbed it out!I had to listen to it so many time but it still sounds amazing!

  • Grunge amazes me, it could have been songs as beautiful as this with bands like

    Love Battery and Screaming Trees

Then it could make you wanna rip someones head off and start a mosh pit with bands like The Melvins and Gruntruck

  • Can anybody tell me the chors of this song?? thanks

  • I've seen alot of bands that rip off Nirvana big time (Seether, Puddle of Mudd, and Silverchair), but this band takes the cake as the absolute worse. I mean geez even their distortion sounds like Nirvana.

  • @HoldinMagroin8 Wow, their distortion sounds similar. Because there was obviously an enormous range of fuzzboxes available to poor kids in early 90's Seattle. /sarcasm

These guys have a far bigger psychedelic element than Nirvana, and if you weren't aware, they're from the same town and era. They only formed a couple of years after Nirvana did. A lot of the bands in the Seattle scene hung out and played together and influenced each other. And Nirvana didn't invent grunge, just so you know.

  • @HoldinMagroin8 I have a distortion pedal. I guess i ripped off nirvana...

  • @flipside799 How about a dick? Got one of those? Hmmm nice try standing up for this shitty band. Why dont you be a doll and tell me what their band didn't copy from Nirvana? Cause quite frankly I can't find anything.

  • @HoldinMagroin8 All the bands in seattle have the same sound. Bands were using distortion before nirvana. Ever hear of the melvins? We could say Nirvana ripped them off. Plus Ron Nine was in a band WAY before nirvana in the 80s. So i guess Tad, Screaming trees, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, gruntruck, AlC, Etc also copied Nirvana as well. Nirvana hit the mainstream; therefore, they started everything grunge. I like your logic.

  • @flipside799 I took this arguement to your comment page....enjoy. Let me know when you think of a comeback.

  • @HoldinMagroin8 This band didn't rip off Nirvana, dipshit. They formed in 1989, before Nirvana was even really known. This band was playing the Seattle scene in the late 80's/early 90's WITH Nirvana. Notice the label they were signed to? That's right...it was SubPop records. The same indie label that Nirvana was signed to. Not everyone who "sounds like Nirvana" ripped Nirvana off. Some of these bands that "sound like Nirvana" were around before Nirvana. Besides, Nirvana ripped off the Melvins.

  • Also, for that matter, Love Battery was started by Ron Rudzitis (Ron Nine). He was formerly in the band Room 9 which was waaaaayyyy before Kurt Cobain and Nirvana.

You guys that weren't around in the era have no idea who was who, and who started what. If you actually believe that Nirvana had anything to do with the foundation of what became known as "grunge", then you are seriously mistaken. Andrew Wood, Jack Endino, Ben McMillan, Mark Arm. Those were a few of the guys that started it all.

  • @WarmothGuitarist Ok dude, I have had 3 people try and debate me on this matter... I can honestly say that I fucked all 3 of them in the ass. They are now in wheel chairs. Now I am just getting annoyed because I have to tell them the same thing over and over again. If you really want some of this, message me on my comment page so I don't have to pause this song every time I respond to you. Thanks

  • @HoldinMagroin8 Whatever queer. I'm commenting right here on the video, whether you like it or not. Besides, at your age, shouldn't you be slitting your wrist to some emo music? You were barely born when Seattle rock was popular. You know nothing of it, except for what you've read. Yet, you feel that you are qualified to give information on who ripped who off, and who influenced who? When this music was popular, you were dancing around in your diaper to "Barney and Friends". Get real, poser...

  • @WarmothGuitarist Listen up you dumb fucking faggot, I taught your Daddy how to pee standing up so I don't wanna hear none of that "You were to young bullshit." Son I live in Seattle you worthless bag of ass. I gather influence from bands like Alice in Chains and Soundgarden, bands who had almost nothing to begin with, and yet they devoloped their own excellent sound instead of ripping off other bands like this band does. You got something to say posted up on my comment page.

  • @HoldinMagroin8 Whatever, kiddo. Doesn't matter if you live in Seattle now. I lived in Seattle in the era of these bands. The era in which you were in diapers dancing to Barney. You actually think AIC and Soundgarden developed their own sound? They both started out as 80's thrash metal. A sound that had long been going on in L.A. Nirvana was ripping from TAD and The Melvins which were ripping from the DC and NOLA hardcore scene. No band magically creates their own sound anymore.

  • @WarmothGuitarist Once again you have proven to me that you are a fool and a waist of my time. If there was any band that Nirvana ripped off it was the Pixies. You probably only know them from the movie fight club because your such a tard. No disrespect towards Fight Club, of course, only to you. AIC and Soundgarden gathered influence from metal which is a huge difference opposed to Fag Battery, who blatantly ripps a band off. You sir, can fuck your dumbass self.

  • Love Battery were different than so many Seattle grunge clones. They had a style of their own, which is why they never got bigger. When you easily fit into a box, the marketing goons know what to sell. They didn't quite ft the mold. If I HAD to compare them to someone, it might be grunge's version of The Cure. The way Ron's vocals are a little off, and so much of his lyrics are dark and poetic. Awesome.

  • who is grunge?

  • I love grunge music, I'll admit, these aren't one of the better bands but in fairness I am comparing to Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, etc. I like the guitar, I think the drums are excellent, perfect with the beat and the vocals are good but could be a bit huskier rather than a young whiney american tone. Although I do really like this song.

  • I'd like a windowsill a key a door I'd like to win Maybe we could take a ride I can blow the stars right out in your Eyes Without a clue, without a fine, I found the most we are. • So I've tried to write down the lyrics of the song, but i'm sure that it has a lot of mistakes, because I'm from germany and its very difficult for me to hear the right words. I hope that someone who could better speak english, could correct it:

    I'd like a windowsill a key a door I'd like to win

Maybe we could take a ride I can brought the stars right out in your Eyes

Without a clue, without a fine, I found the most we are.
