In NYC they don't let them pursue thru the streets for minor infractions.

I had a vid, shot from the roof with the police radio playing as soundtrack, telling them to break it off, which they don't.

Craziest thing is, the driver suddenly pulls over and gives up, right in front of me.

Then the cops beat him up. I had to take it down because of the YT death threats and it shows a house I visit.

I live near where this happened and I was told that the accident was so absolute that his spinal cord was the only thing that remained in the seat from his upper torso. I'm sympathetic to the oil truck driver and the family and friends of the GTI driver. Although in my opinion, the GTI driver WAS a moron. If he hadn't sped away, this would not have happened. He must have been doing over 90 mph, just look at the damage. Very sad day!!

The driver of the yellow car was clearly not very intelligent. At the very best, he had incredibly poor control of his emotions and he allowed that to overcome reason when he made the decision to flee. He killed himself because of stupidity, it's very simple. This doesn't diminish the fact that it is very unfortunate he died. But to deny his stupidity is to imply he wasn't responsible for the outcome.
