why can they not get a remodel permit. are they tearing down everything to the ground. If not have them ask. We did a fire job in Carnation few years back. It was total. What we did was use the same foundation and left two walls up for pre inspection. Once that was done we knocked the walls down and re-build using the same foundation and tied in a little more with the remodeler permit. The city wanted the same thing if they were to rebuild 100%. We found this way worked. THey need to ask

Liberals run a muck.There goal is to drive all the working poor, middle class and minorities out of Seattle, just like they did in San Fransisco. Only rich white liberals are allowed. I wish the mayor would do something about all the gang crime in Seattle.
