Ok i live in california if i move to a southern state here in the US i will start sounding southern. Joss is around Americans all the time and is here all the time so of course she will start to sound more american. Stop hating... Yes the commercial isnt that great i thought it was a british thing to make crappy commercials. She is a sweet girl with a wonderful voice. As a African American I can say she is not a white girl trying to be black. I have seen plenty of them here in California.

oh man... she's great, captivating and sweet and her voice is amazing even with a japanese, german or spanish accent. it doesn't matter. what matters is that she puts her soul in the music.. and that doesn't hapen very often today. So just enjoy...

Leona Lewis has a more genorous and humble personality. She has more ladylike manners and takes her time when she is talking.

Notice that when talks to people she has thema call them darling, or honey around the end. Ain't nothing wrong with that but you can tell it is not sincere.

Good job she likes the states so much. After slating her native country (the UK) and the people who live there, it seems she won't be made welcome there again.

One sure-fire way of making yourself disliked is to over-inflate your ego, move to another country and completely diss your roots and the people who once supported you.

Being in a bigger country doesn't make you a bigger person, it just makes you a more insignificant speck if you can't shine bright enough to be seen.

British media don't know much much about soul music. They beleive that since she has a husky voice that she posesses soul.

Her inflated ego started soon after she signed that contract and since she beleives that received a couple of awards that she is some hot soul sista.

American R&B fans don't really like her they believe she is overrated compared to women who truly possess talent way beyond this world.

Accents disappear when you sing.....unless you fake or exaggerate them.

Known fact. Just look at some of the most heavily accented people, such as Sharleen Spiteri from the scottish band Texas.

Don't hate on Americans if she wants to be American. She is a grown woman so it is her choice on who she wants to be. In American R&B music scene people don't pay much attention to Stone. Soul music channels and radios barley even play her music so she is nonexistent the R&B scene.
