Tom Harkin talks here about soldiers as if he's a great proponent. I am an active duty airman and an Iowan. I attempted to contact him via his website several times. I did not recieve so much as an email back. I realize he is busy, but his job is to supposedly look after Iowans. Again, not even a thank you for writing. Thanks, Tom, you're doing a great job.

Why are they misquoting him trying to shut him up? Rush is a private citizen and I thought we had free speech in this country. Since when is it the job of the US Senate to pass resolutions against the free speech of a private citizen?

I just wish that they would be professional enough to ignore the talk shows. It matters not what they do in government, there will always be critics coming from all sides.
