  • no wonder americans are such pussies if this is what they learn in high school, a straight knee to the face would stuff this easy peasy lemon squeasy

  • i know it a bit differently. I grab my opponent with my legs to his ankles and i push with my shoulder in his belly

  • He steps in before he lowers his base? I've always been taught and seen it been taught to drop your hips and then step in. Wat do you guys think? Sean's phenomenal and no one knows it better than him so I'm kinda confused.

  • @2rude In my opinion, in order to be successful with a double--particularly in MMA--the change in elevation and the attack have to be simultaneous. Think of it as one 45-degree angle attack rather than two 90 degree angle setps. Just my two cents.

  • @angusrocks6464 Thanks for the advice.

  • @2rude could also be a way to stay defensive, if ur down to early it can really cause sum headaches from a well placed knee ie. travis lutter/anderson silva, , so better to be safe then sorry :)

  • Sherk is one of my favourite fighters always get the feeling everything he has came from pure hard work and tenacity rather than just natural talent or genetics!

  • i liked the kid in the background haha

  • Always great to see The Muscle Shark. Even better when he intructs us on his trademark attack. He is the best example of a real fighter. His style works in the octagon and would also work in self defense.

  • @RagingDemon89 yup couldnt have said it better.sean is one of the best wrestlers in mma period.cant wait to see him fight again :)
