Kids have it too easy these days with there online. And another thing, back in my day we didn't have DLC. We had to run through levels in like 30 seconds to unlock that shit! If you couldn't do it... tough shit, no paintball mode for you!

the best way to play: use 1.4 goodnight control scheme (in game) because you then get sensitivity values (you look using control stick) and that feels SO much better on a pc mouse than using c-buttons where if you look slightly to the left it goes all the way to the left

@goldeneyeforevercom Goldeneye Source is the exact same game, just more visually appealing and with physics. Plus you can have more than 16 people playing on a server. I have had some pretty sweet 6 on 6 deathmatch, and it's the exact same experience.

Yes, you can set those up in the input plugin configuation menu. Its just button assigning. You can designate anything, any key, for any button on the original n64 controller.

Guys, I'm online and running great, but I find that hardly anyone uses this emu, mostly project64, but I have to use Mupen cause of my windows Vista compatibility. If u have Mupen64k too, message me, and we'll play some multiplayer... (I have Mupen64k0.79 to be exact.)
Just to answer a few of the questions. You can play 4 players online, providing everyone has a decent pc. If one of the players has a slow pc, it will drag down the whole game.

No cheats. Really no need for them since there are rom patches. These patches have the cheats basically imprinted into the game itself. Make sense? Basically currently there is no need for the cheats because we already have them implemented.

I don't hate it, but in all honesty it's the least successful. In my opinion it's a good console, but I like the Xbox better. The Wii needs to go die in a hole.

My older brother and I used to play this game until morning. He would always win. And each time after he killed me he would still keep shooting me as I was in the floor. I fucking hated that lol XD.

Guys, I'm online and running great, but I find that hardly anyone uses this emu, mostly project64, but I have to use Mupen cause of my windows Vista compatibility. If u have Mupen64k too, message me, and we'll play some multiplayer... (I have Mupen64k0.79 to be exact.)

Just to answer a few of the questions. You can play 4 players online, providing everyone has a decent pc. If one of the players has a slow pc, it will drag down the whole game.
Yes, that is desynch.
You need Mupen64K or Mupen64++ beta. They are around the net. Google goldeneye online.

Tried this for a few hours today, it was realy really slow. Not lag, but the game. A couple of kills in on every game my opponant would always start to do some weird things and we'd have to quit. That's 'desynch', right?

goldeneye was great, but perfect dark is the better game, simply because it was everything goldeneye was, and more! (including this level, I don't remember it from 007)

No cheats. Really no need for them since there are rom patches. These patches have the cheats basically imprinted into the game itself. Make sense? Basically currently there is no need for the cheats because we already have them implemented.
