It works, 3rd stair set. I got it by riding along the ledge to the right of the stair cases and then ollie into the bank to gain speed.

It works, I just did it right now, havent played the game in a couple months. and i got it on the 3rd stair case you just need to time it and get the jump off right.

This achievement does work. If i could make a video i would, i got 37 feet for the stair gap. 3rd set of stairs, ollie a little earlier then where you normally would and try to clear it. Confirmed, works 100%

theres an own the spot where u can get the achievement, cant remember the name but theres a big hill tht u use to get the speed and the landing curves round, youll know wht im talkin bout when u see it
