This game had many problems, as do many games that come out now. My only issue is with the story mode bcuz it takes FOREVER to beat. Magneto's part is the most luck-based one of them all bcuz he sucks at fighting and putting him against anybody is just sad. paragon on the other hand is the most broken fighter on the game. It had potential and still does in my opinion. I just wish they didnt leave "The Imperfects" hanging like that.

this is just my oppinnion but, i have played it for a few hours now and i absolutely can't stand it. It almost feels like it needs to be overhauled. This is more due to the story mode because it throws so many dirty tricks at you that i almost don't ever want to play it because i know something stupid is gonna pop up and bite me in the butt. I wanted to like it but it really didn't rub me the right way.

I agree with the review (though, I personally liked the cutscenes). It was a ho-hum fighting game. It got publicity only due to there being Marvel characters. It was fun for a bit, but, really, for a Marvel fighting game that SEEMED so awesome, it could have been much, much better. I really think they should try for a second, and take their sweet ass time making it, since no one is in a real rush to see another, and redeem the title.

This game is actually not so bad. If they made it into the newer consoles, I'm sure they could do so much more, such as 4 player vs, bigger environments, more areas, more characters, more moves per character, and balance out each character too. Some are just way too weak or way too strong.

Who gives a fuck about the story?? This game is a fun knock-about fighter - period. In fact, it has the best gameplay for a Marvel fighter, albeit imbalanced up the yin-yang.

This franchise had a lot of potential. It's a shame that '2' didn't come to be. Hopefully Ultimate Alliance 2 fills the void.

But he's pushing it too much. I'm starting to know a pattern with GT, if they find the game is bad, it's bad! They will find every way to bring it down. The part in this review I thought was stupid was, "Multiplayer is nice, but 4 players could have been added." Come on! You're really complaining about 4 player mode when the two player mode is plenty! I don't get that. And explosion to another explosion is cool
