This is the first game of the SMT series related games that I layed eyes on. When the opening started I was like huh the graphics are not very impressive (used to FFs) and then the song started, I was so excited about playing, I've gotten almost of the Shin Megamis now, and the graphics are like that cause they're artistic and different. XD

i think kaneko(artist of smt games i dont know about the persona ones) has a very unique look to his characters i think that it makes these games even more special

And just to make a mockery out of you, the battle theme is HIS random encounter theme. To him, you're a random encounter who he played with.

DDS1 is about a world called "The Junkyard" where several tribes are warring over the right to climb the Karma tower to reach Nirvana. During one of these struggles, a strange artifact explodes and rays of light hit many of the humans, giving them the power to turn into demons. A girl, with no memory beyond her name, is found by the main character and his tribe.. in the crater where the artifact was. And it goes from there.

DDS2 picks up after the ending of DD1.

IMO, nothing sucks about the game.

I love this game.

Only thing I can tell you is to be prepare for 3-4 hour long dungeons and high encounter rate.

Being the RPG fan that I am, those do not bother me.
