He would have to beat Kisame with a single attack to kill him, and even then, Kisame would drfinately take Gai with him. In other words, Gai has no chance against Kisame when it comes to walking away from the fight alive.

kisame has so much chakra as a bijuu.....and with samehada he can saw chakra.......he nearly won against gai...and this was only 30% of his real power....hes the most strongest swordmen and is on kage lvl.......

It's gone even higher than that. Samehada absorbs huge amounts of chakra and converts it to stamina for Kisame. In essence, the longer the fight goes on, the weaker his opponent gets and the stronger he get. And that income of stamina would mean that he would never tire out during battle either.

By the looks of it, I don't know how Killer bee is going to win without pulling out all the stops, but then again that would hasten his defeat if it does not work.
