  • My bad I ment to hit rate and comment crap!! Sorry? Just wanted to say thanks I think I know what kind of rod holders I'm a getting. I have to fix two holes in the battery area I just ciliconed it so well see if that holds up. I'm having a problem deciding what to do with the livewell it has no aretor it was my grampas boat. So it's old. But still in good shape!!! What do you fish for at whatever lake/pond you go to??? Thanks.

  • @1996TheRocketman I mostly fish for bass, sunfish and crappie. For the aretor I would try buying one at walmart or bass pro shops. They usually run about $30

  • Nice vid what kind of rod holders are those? Id like to get some for my sun dolphin?

  • @1996TheRocketman Thanks. Three of the rod holders are made by "Attwood" and are called the Attwood pro series. The one in the front is called a "Scotty rod holder" they both run about 25 dollars. What kind of motor do you run on your dun dolphin?

  • @giguchan if you go to home depot and buy a tube of clear waterproof cork, that is used in showers it will work pretty good. by the way, what kind of engine do you run on your basstender, because i am in the market for a 15hp 2 stroke and was wondering how it preforms?

  • @giguchan I would suggest JB weld (Wallmart) or Bondo has a new product called Wood Epoxy that sticks pretty well to plastics and fiberglass- I got mine at Big Lots, but I'm sure other stores carry it. Good luck!

  • where did you buy the trailer?

  • @rjazorx I bought it with the boat.

  • @giguchan I would go to home depot and buy waterproof cork. The same stuff you would use in your shower to seal grout. thats all i can think of. sorry

  • nice i got the 11.4

  • @TheOutdoorsman20 i think you mean the 11.2. cool. these are great boats. what knid of motor do you have?

  • nice boat. ever take it out in a bay?

  • @oreolover345 na. i use it in a 56 mile lake that is as choppy as a bay. handels the waves very well

  • Nice set up! I have the same boat with a Minn Kota. It's a great boat for two people to go fishing. Handles really well, roomy but everything is within reach, high seats and low sides.

    How'd you mount those seats?

  • @wazzu90FIJI I bought the boat used. It is a 2003 although they haven't changed anything in the 2010 model. The seat posts came with the boat(i just put better seats on it). I put a piece of wood between the seat swivel and the post on the back seat to raise it higher. What kind of cover do you have? I just bought a one for a pelican boat hoping it will fit.

  • why are there 2 trplling motors on it?

  • @s6675 one for the front and one for the back

  • Nice boat, right now I have a 9 ft. inflatable boat with a hard transom and a 30' minn kota endura. But I think I might have to buy one of these. It looks perfect for me! Also where did you get it and for how much?

  • @thematthewmatthew222 i bought it used off craigslist. New it cost: $1,600 for the boat. $800 for the trailer. $400 for the black trolling motor and $260 for the white and black one. Its a great boat. nice and wide and very stable for 2 decent sized men.

  • Ordered one of these for pike fishing. I have a 7hp 4 stroke to put on it. Nice set up you got there. Tight lines.

  • @Gorman121L thanks. you will love the boat. trust me. this boat does not feel like 10 1/2 feet. it has the stability of a 12-14ft boat. this is much more stable than a 10ft jon boat. it can take 3 people and a 15hp motor. i think 15hp is over kill. 8hp is enough.

  • hey nice boat, will you join our forum?

  • sweet man
