If she hadn't fallen prey to the gimmick side of fame and he had stood up to her controlling father, thrn they would've probably had a chance, but I guess this is one couple that really doesn't get their happy ending, which is sad because they looked so sweet together and i hate the chick he's with now.... < / 3

@m3rmaid1985 i agree. her parents, especially her dad got in the middle of everything. they babied her and anytime something was wrong they would run in the middle. you can see it in the show. the girl was married, Nick was trying to make the marriage work their way, but the parents wouldn't let it happen. i think Nick wanted to, but if he would've Jess would have left because she does everything he says. so sad, i miss them :(

@KingKumaForever honestly, i was drunk at the time. he has a great voice for this song, and does the male part good justice. there's no way in hell. Peabo is the only Peabo. Just like Al, Luther, Teddy, Marvin, Barry, Aretha, Patti, etc. Sorry, my mom raised me into liking the original r&b soul music. she saw this comment last night and called me on it. so i had to change it, plus the fact that its just stupid.
