To all of those who compare him to Elvis or Jim it's correct (he was a fan of both) It was actually Eerie Von (I think) who turned him on to Elvis....They used to call him (Glenn) EVIL ELVIS and a good example of this portrayal is a song titled "AMERICAN NIGHTMARE"...it was punk song w/ a psychobilly twist (MISFITS circa '78).....yes, Glenn has an excellent voice and it's called "Baritone" not Elvis or Jim, even tho he indeed carries their spirit.......

man, i just discovered this song is by danzig. i had no idea that he did a cover of this and i think it's amazing. i always liked his singing, but never really thought about his voice until recentley i was at a record store and looking at a 12" danzig record and a guy said "he has a really good voice". it sort of caught me off guard for some reason but got me thinking.
