Good recipe stan but i find your step of putting the sesame chicken on a plate to be completely optional. I like to heat it right in the chinese delivery container.

It's not brown rice. It's fried white rice. Trust me, you don't have to worry about empty vitamins or nutrients. It's plenty unhealthy.

I don't mean to sound Arrogant Mr Burdman, but a watched microwave oven will still cook/reheat food. And I'm surprised you used an utensil like a fork, when gravity works too. You could also use a tube, like a toilet paper roll to suck up all the goodness!
