@123rosehips I used to have the EXACT same problem. Like, up until just a few months ago. It drove me crazy because there were few songs I could sing along to, and every time I played something on the piano and played it, I had to change the key signature.

So, my advice is this: Sing things right at the top of your range. You will get better at those highest notes, and slowly be able to go higher. :)

As for low notes, I'm not sure. :/
