Byron Hyde and Malcolm Hooper are wonderful! The "fatigue" symptom is currently being overplayed by (quite influential) vested interest groups for political reasons even though it's not unusual to find ME patients who have most of it's symptoms but not the fatigue.
You need to be tested for Lyme Disease. Not just a standard Lyme test..but a Western Blot sent to a GOOD lab.
You have a lot of the same symptoms I have (I have the myoclonic jerking also) and I tested positive for Lyme Disease. You need to seek an LLMD.

You just have to make the best of a bad situation systoms can flutuate in most illnesses
