Alex DeLarge isn't so much a villain as he is a failed hero or chaotic neutral. Love Hans Landa, Anton Chirguh and Hannibal Lecter. Easily the scariest, since they're the most realistic. I would suggest Gary Oldman from Leon the Professional, or a classic Bond villain. Or maybe Captain Vidal from Pan's Labyrinth, Dorian Gray from League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Cladius from Hamlet, Ozymandis from Watchmen, Mr. Blonde from Resevoir Dogs, Marcellus Wallace from Pulp Fiction, Professor Moriarit

Wow...I actually recognized most of these Villains. Thank you for including the Borg Queen! (my mom is a treky..she would of loved that!). Not including the Evil Nurse in (shoot..I forgot the movie name =( )

But My Favorite Villain IS Margaret Hamilton!!!!!!!! She scared me as a child...and was TRUE to her character.

Nice, but personally I would add Magneto, Angier, Patrick Bateman, Scar, Hans Gruber, Freddy Krueger, Sweeney Todd, and Gideon Graves. Fine job anyways, especially with Dracula, Joker, Lecter and Hans Landa.
