You left out so useful tips (from what I saw). If you completely fill up your bank with junk (and at least one type of each rune that can be crafted at ZMI), banking is much more effecient and faster too. Also, if you have your food with you, you should just bring an entire stack of runes, no more than 20k I'd say, for that also speeds up the time.

@FreddyKiz2 You profit depending on your level. If you're 60 Runecrafting you could make 50k. I'm in the Mid 90's ATM and I'm making 140k. However, I'm not a skiller. It'll be lower for a skiller due to cost of food/buying stuff back when/if you die. But they'd only be about 20k or so apart from each other.

@SmokieRSWC this was a while back but with salmon/most other foods that heal to 100 you will have a higher chance of dying; if you dont trust that you have fast enough reflexes I reccomend rocktails as they will heal to 200 every time you eat them. goodluck :)
