i did this in my home town of Truro NS, but i added 100-200 steel BB's, and left a bunch all arond the town, watching from 1000 feet back i saw broke windows, pissed off drivers and the ocational cop. the next day it was in the paper news radio and probly more. a week later i was stuned when some idiot confesed to doing it and got fined $6000 in property damage. THANK THE LORD FOR IDIOTS LOOKING FOR ATENTION!!! p.s.one of the bbs hit me and is still in my lag :P thank god for tetnos shots!!!!!!!

You can make it with far less dry ice. Fill the bottle entirely with hot water and then put in one piece of dry ice. You get about 10-15 seconds to throw it once you seal the cap.

hahaha, I LOVE making these! They are SO EFFIN loud, it's amazing how much pressure a soda bottle can hold. Don't try them with water bottles though, they can't hold the pressure so it's a waste of time. (unless it's like a Dasani bottle)

So if you were to detonate 4 lbs. of standard dynamite it would still be a pressure explosion, only the concussion is going to move outward at over 1,000,000 fps, and would generate about 180,000 times the amount of normal atmospheric pressure within the blast radius. That means your insides would be gelatine, but it's still not a grenade.

you don't need warm water, in fact warm water just speeds up the time it takes to build up the pressure needed for it to explode, cold water is safer as it gives you more time to run away, also remember, the thicker the bottle the longer it will take and the louder it will be
