Just FYI... They made these in NTSC. They are just even more rare. My friend has one.

@KIAMaggetSacks No they aren't bro.. There was an American version that transferred Jirachi, and then the Japanese version that transferred Celebi. If your friend have an NTSC version of the Japanese bonus disc, it was most likely ripped onto a disc via the internet. No American versions of the Japanese bonus disc were ever authentically printed, and none ever will.
