  • I wonder how much having such high bone density slows them down. He looks kind of slow and clunky. I'm not saying he isn't fit. I just wonder how much more his bones weigh than they would otherwise.

  • if you train solely in ironbody of course you are going to slow down just a bit, but not much if any. only idiots train in one technique......* yeah i got bones of steel but i can still get the crap beat outta me*

  • Yeah, I've never met anyone who just learned one technique. That'd be like doing nothing but pushups when you work out, or eating nothing but corn because CORN IS GOOD FOR YOU :)
