turban is not a proprietary of muslims...many cultures and religion before islam wore turbans. Abraham wore a turban, so did moses. Sikhs wear them too. And by the way, most punjabi muslims, you'll find them in Pakistan not Punjab India. Not that I got anything against anybody, but Babbu Mann is a Sikh.  FYI.
