I am not a vegetarian, but I like the song. Linda did not have great range, and was an average singer, whose ability to convey emotions in her voice, elevated the quality of her singing. In my opinion, she has a warm voice that is pleasant to listen to. Linda was also talented in other areas such as photography.

I agree - the woman was, with all due respect, completely talent-free. I respect her views and love animals myself, but this still doesn't make her a good singer. With Yoko it was a similar situation - John encouraged her to sing and she also pushed herself forward on her own account. At least Linda was a bit more modest. How could two fine musicians like Lennon and McCartney have been so blind as to their wives?

Yes, I went veggie finally too after meeting Linda amd Paul in 1994. She asked me if I was, and I had to say no. She then wrote 'Go Veggie' in my book of Linda's Pictures I had asked her to sign!! Funny that this song is a bit similar in melody to Yoko's own songs too. Anyone else hear that?
