I hope so, that scumbag deserves to be punished. Corrupt is the best way to describe the Hutchinson Co. DA's office, believe me I know from experience.

Dont get in trouble in Borger unless you have connections, if you do you can get away with anything. I sure hope that changes one day and soon for that matter.

I think this mom was very conservative with her comments ... believe me if he hit my child oh my I would not be that calm with my response. and I find it sad that he was not repremanded at all. you or I would nt have been treated with the same nicities as he was

Ballman and another Borger cop (now retired) cost me thousands and thousands of dollars for something I didn't even do. The witness against me KNEW me! She said she didn't. The cop lied in front of a gand jury. I fought my case with everything I had. These corrupt men took it all - EVERYTHING! They even tried to take my freedom. I was looking at 20 years. Funny how I NEVER got in trouble all the way from gradeschool to college, isn't it?!
I hope this issue NEVER goes away.
