The Government has caused college to be out of reach to most Americans (without life long massive debt) by loaning money. After Government provided all the money anyone wanted the universities were able to charge whatever price they liked. Now it is almost impossible to work through college (as Paul did). A few people do it but not many. Federal aid for college needs to go away and the Federal Dept. of Ed. needs to go away. It was dumbed down American's terribly.
Ron Paul will also be on Meet the Press Dec. 11, 2011.

Ron Paul wants to end the reign of the Rothschilds in America and so the people who have been hired by the Rothschilds go against him, and make him look crazy. The Rothschilds and the Rockefellars want a POLICE STATE IN AMERICA! They are the ones who control the puppet politicians and the puppet presidents who have been elected since the 1940's! The only one they couldn't control is JFK! Look what happened to him! But now there's a chance Paul will succeed in ending the reign of the Rothschilds
Why have I not seen more on the news about this Ron Paul? This guy makes all the sence in the world! The announcer on meet the press kept trying to make him look bad but Mr. Paul had a great answer for everything. Finally I have a little hope!
4:01 - Perfect example of a "Let's Gotcha Him!". By saying that the Government has always had a role in housing. But he was not ready for the return to sender that Ron was about to give him, Because THE GOVERNMENT HAS NOT ALWAYS HAD A ROLE IN HOUSING!
I love how he introduces Ron Paul with a slight smile and nice presence. Then when he hears that he is making sense and telling the average american truth then he starts to get pushy and upset.
Ron does an excellent job responding in a fairly hostile environment. "Draconian cuts" What about "Draconian spending" that the Federal Government does?!?! What about "Draconian Bailouts" and "Draconian Taxation"? No. Ron Paul is unreasonable and the Federal Government can save us all if they just took more from the productive class and gave it to those friends of theirs. Can we say moral hazard?
why at some points in this video is Ron Pauls face looking like its being distorted to look VERY OLD looks like the pixcils are being played with look very closely...Im 40 and my eye site isnt what it used to be ??? am I wrong > ?
Just some distortion in the conversion and encoding process. It happens particularly after the doctor moves his head, its just the frame being resampled.
@tred4ronpaul2012 ...yes, you are very correct as to what i found out is an inteligent controller on the face of Ron Paul to make him look older... you notice that the commentators face never does this. ahhhh, gotch ya media outlets. they distort it so that when viewed on youtube, etc, it converts the artistically laiden distortion to all of us viewers online.these guys are using every tool possible to get the sheeple of society to believe Ron Paul is very ugly or something worse. RonPaul2012
State media already responded to Ron's great performance in this interview by running the smear piece about him wanting to cut student loan aid, giving the impression to the sheep that he would be targeting the poor for "austerity" measures and cut off aid overnight. Then instead of reporting that this plan will balance the budget in three years, and bring spending back to '06 levels, they make it seem like it would completely dismantle the Government overnight leaving the country in chaos.
Seriously, you people that say hes going too far need to see how much your dollar is worth now. Compare gold to oil, and then compare your dollar to both of them; if the dollar was worth gold as it was in the past your money wouldnt be worthless.
Govt in the past did not do the hand holding it does today, they werent able to steal your social security "savings" and tax you with a highly devalued savings/wages. Fix the dollar and then fix the world.
David gave Ron Paul more opportunity to answer questions than most Fox people. This was awesome exposure for RP and he hit it out of the park as far as I'm concerned. After watching this interview, people who only knew RP from the debates should now be more inclined to look deeper into his platform. He even plugged Paul's book with a great quote from it. I loved how he kept a happy disposition in spite of David's tone. Like a wise elder is patient with his student.
Gregory is reading off a list of "gotcha" questions. He checks off a couple of them after reading them. This is left wingnut MSM at it's finest.

Republicans, who would you rather have? A man with a clear plan, or some guys who prefer petty bickering to serious debate?

13:22 and on is a point we all need to wake up to. There's no difference between Republicans and Democrats on the critical issues currently plaguing the country. Even if Romney, Perry, or Cain get elected, not one of them has indicated they would make the changes we need in foreign policy and governmental spending. So it's easy to see that things would just continue to grow worse. Ron Paul 12!
@BPdisturbed People tend to look down when they are thinking about the past, people tend to look up when they are thinking about the future, and people tend to look to the side when thinking critically. It's only the nature of humans.
What a bastard this interviewer is. I'm tempted to compare his direct attacks on Paul's proposals with some other interview he's done, to see who he soft-balls.
This whole interview the camera work (especially towards the end!) is distorting the facial texture of Ron Paul's face! This is ridiculous and a sad attempt to get the already brainwashed viewers to subliminally have a disgust in RP. This has been proven over and over again.
Don't believe me? Notice the interviewer's face never appears distorted.
The corporate scumbag media never ceases to amaze me.
At 2:20 "[With cuts,] resources aren't diminished, resources are put back into the economy, and people spend their money." It can't be shouted loud enough.
It's pretty sickening how these guys give Paul only enough time to reply up until he begins to make his counterpoint and then they abruptly switch topics. I imagine the producer sitting in the back room shitting his pants and screaming "change topics! change topics!"... Pathetic.
That is how David is as an interviewer. He attempts to make candidates get right to the point. He also asks them tough questions in an attempt to catch them up. Sometimes, politicians will dodge the issue, change topics, or will even avoid the question. Sometimes, this will even result in David asking the same question over and over again. This has nothing to do with "these guys" hating Paul. That's what Meet the Press is about: asking the hard stuff.
I like how he discusses how Mittens is no different than Obama. It is true. Ron Paul is the ONLY guy who will make anything better. Ron Paul is the only exception to the status quo.
This maybe the greatest interview one could watch in modern times. David tried to gotcha Paul. But he forgot Paul ain't a politician, he's a statesman. I think Paul did perfect.
Funny how small-government is considered "draconian". I'm sorry, but hasn't humanity endured big-government for . . . well, forever? If you really want to go into what seems the most ancient ideas, "centralized government" would be the most "draconian" of ideas.
"Freedom is a young idea and we're throwing it away." --Ron Paul
David Gregory changes topic every time he can't nail Ron Paul. What a prick. Ron Paul, once again you are the smartest person in the room. Country even

OctobersDying 4 months ago
This whole interview the camera work (especially towards the end!) is distorting the facial texture of Ron Paul's face! This is ridiculous and a sad attempt to get the already brainwashed viewers to subliminally have a disgust in RP. This has been proven over and over again.
Don't believe me? Notice the interviewer's face never appears distorted.
The corporate scumbag media never ceases to amaze me.

Thanks for the quick upload!

Pathetic.
CGPacifica 4 months ago 51
@CGPacifica he does that to pump through the questions. Ron has a history of running long on all his responses.
lowtaxas 4 months ago
@lowtaxas no he does it because the MSM is a NWO adjunct and exists only to smear men like Ron Paul
diogeneslaertius666 4 months ago 3
@CGPacifica *sigh*

@CGPacifica
Agreed. I sent an e-mail stating mostly the same to "Meet the Press," and am following it up with a letter.

@mtheffner1 Ya man! The presstitutes are trying, but now way can they defeat the TRUTH. Nice try Dave.

Ron Paul is right. We need to learn from history, and not repeat the same mistakes.

Is it me, or does Ron's face look like it is being manipulated by some computer program to make him look grotesque in certain points in this clip?

@LibertyGuy2007 it does to me too. It did not look like that in the original interview.

@LibertyGuy2007 The joys of digital broadcasting. It's not like they invested all those billions in the analog-digital conversion just to bring out the glory of Jay Leno's chin :p
