Weezer - Creep (Radiohead cover)

Radiohead only started to hate it because for a while it was the only thing they could attribute their success to, and they weren't able to get away from it. Nobody else here has gone through that, so don't hate the song just cause they do. It's still one of their best.

@Tomamo5 I did. Its alot better than Raditude to say the least and its a little better than The Red, but its not great. I will admit its a step in the right direction though, WAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY better than Raditude! That shit sounded like a compilation of lil wayne and the jonas brothers!

A true Radiohead fan likes this and doesn´t care about it as well as liking Kid A and Amnesiac. I donpt think there is a reason to argue this. Even if Radiohead hates it, i don´t se why people should hate it as well.

Ive got to agree with MetalChicken. Im a huge radiohead fan, and im not necesarilly a hits guy. My favorite songs are Where I end and you begin, Idioteque, and Planet Telex. But Creep is a fine song in my book. I realize thom doesn't like creep, but that doesn't mean i get banished from the kingdom for liking the song.

Weezer might very well like all radiohead. Creep just fits their style. Try to imagine them covering The gloaming at a concert.

I like creep but i also like radioheads songs from there other albums too. Hail to the theif, Kid A, Ok Computer etc.

Just cause most of the fans and the band radiohead doesn't like "creep" doesn't mean your not a true fan if you like it. Thats just conformity and ignorance.

Coming out of a band like Weezer this is good, but Weezer are not radiohead fans, why? Most radiohead fans hate this song and think its overrated. Radiohead hates this song themselves.

Overall, the cover is nothing compared to the emotion displayed in the original. Weezer is Alternative Pop with love songs. Radiohead is Alternative, Electronic, Art Rock with lyrics that have an ability to tap into your emotions. Their lyrics range from everything from cannibalism to frustration to government.

Awesome Im seeing Weezer tomorrow in New York, I hope they sing this song! Two of my favorite song/bands combined. I'm gonna bring a video camera and if they do ill upload it on my account, or RokuZeshin (my brothers) account probably by Thursday if they do.
