One of my fav band since 2007 when I came across their hit, "Camera One". Too bad I didn't know about them sooner for more memories ... Thanks for the vid, 5*. Any other really good songs in "Useful Music" album?

See also Josh Joplin Band, Josh Joplin Group, and his current project - Among the Oak & Ash, which performs traditional Appalachian folk songs - it's different, but like everything else Josh does, I enjoy it thoroughly. Josh is a very good songwriter, and an even better performer. I highly recommend his shows.

This song is from a great album called "Useful Music" which came out in around 2000. Unfortunately the world never really got to hear it. Josh Joplin Group - Useful Music. It's one of those hidden gems.

I never realized Josh had made such strides in his career, but expected he would! I hosted him his first performance in Atlanta in 1991 and am glad to see he's still around!
