nah you dont need the hospital, just cut the hook as close to your hand as you can then pull the fucker all the way through. i got one stuck in the soft part of my arm, mydad said your gunna hate me forthis, twenty minute later i was glad he did it lol.

I got hooked real good. It didn't hurt all that much. Went to the doc & they got it out.

The bad part came after the tetnus shot. It left me out of action for a full day. Felt real bad. If you're a fisherman it's all part of the scenery. What a sport

The most important piece of equipment that you ALWAYS need to bring when fishing with Pistacchio is the first aid kit! Priceless! I once saw him sit on a 10" Reef Hawg with 5/0 hooks. Fortunately he caught his wallet and not his ass. :)
