If there were a better way to communicate, I would help you as best I can to find what you might be satisfied with. I first bought from a mall vendor, but I needed to see how they worked. I couldn't get my head around them until I had one to play with. Once I did, then I as able to go on line and decide for myself how I wanted to go. Been smoke free for six months, not one cigarette since I made my first purchase from Cignot, which was 4 Joye 510's. Since then moved to the Ego.
Are you locked into any contract with them? Not sure if they try to pull that stunt. I would suggest looking into a vapor forum on line and doing some simple reading. Check out You Tube videos and reviews of on line distributors. I use the Joye Ego in both 650 mah and 1000 mah with the cone atomizers. I use mainly tobacco flavored e-juice that I fill into the cartridge. I go with the stainless because I clean with alcohol and it removes the power coat paint. Not a commercial, but I use Cignot;-)
@gamergirlv2 Sorry to hear you already bought the Blu. FOr me, there's much better equipment out there. Blu is an introductory e-cig that like many others in this catagory, prey a bit on hte ignorance of the industry. But if it works for you, that's good. If it leaves you wanting something better, then search here and on line for other devices and others ideas that might fit you better and less costly. If you feel you need more information or help, I'd be more that willing. I'm a vapor myself...
