@discogram do you expect the best fly fishing rod in the world to be cheaper than the others?

@709709709 It is far from the best rod in the world, the Hardy Sintrix range (advanced Nano technology) and the Sage One range do not break like the NRX. The finish on all high end rods beat all Loomis as they should and all at better price. I am sorry but I and most reviewers on the net feel the same. I appreciate your opinion as I hope you do mine and the majority of game anglers. Good luck

@discogram, I've used all those rods you've mentioned. The NRX is a highly sensitive, cannon of a rod. It's progressive taper and tip action is such that, it is absolutely enjoyale to use. Whether throwing single speys, snap-ts, big up-and-downstream mends, or just bombing out an over head, the NRX out performs the others. Sage single handers cannot touch Loomis AT ANY PRICE POINT. They never have, they never will. The Sintrix is a pretty rod, also with a beautiful action,

@discogram and may be the only other rod that is close on par with the NRX, yet from my experience, the NRX does everything - just a little bit better.
