I laughed when I found out an episode of The Boondocks was based on this! But I suppose the other thing that should be noted when hearing a story like this, and knowing autistic kids, the first thing that comes to my mind is "What's your damn excuse?" because when someone with such a disability prooves their worth as much as Bobby Boshay in The Waterboy, it's hard to lump autism with being retarded.
