I heard that some company called 3ality taped the show, not EPIX, not sure who edited but I've seen better camera work from fan-made DVDS, the cover art for the DVD sucks too, but I'm glad they're at least releasing it on DVD. I do not however, approve that they dubbed her live vocals.
@diamondblossom7 you are probably right I do know EPIX didn't film it and they arent releasing it on DVD, just airing the show/dvd on their channel. its's kinda like complaing to a movie theater or channel for bad editing in a movie/tv show. and i somewhat agree on the angles, they have good "camera movement" but thats all ive seen, is panning back and fourth, not many still shots.
i'm really disappointed, not only is the continuity bad as for example 0:49 and 0:50 she is still moving her arms down, but there are no live vocals in this. You might as well have made a music video for each song with the tour performances because this feels like no concert. Thanks a lot Epix -.-

@DudeInTheMix that and the show wasn't pre-recorded, it was broacasted live, so was DWAD but this show they have time to "edit" it, but i'm thinking that they are going to change it just from all the complaints they've been getting. and btw they aren't doing the dvd, just broadcasting it.

At LEAST in Live from Miami and Las Vegas, you could hear the crowds AND the studio tracks were tweaked a bit to sound acoustic or "real" AND there were instances of live britney singing.....don't get me wrong I'll still watch it but it's disappointing ;-(

They removed the audio of her singing and replaced it with the song that's why you can't hear her singing or the crowd. believe me people I went to this exact concert in toronto which is when it was filmed and there were A LOT of cheering and LIVE singing, that's probably the reason they replaced it, because you can barely hear her in the dvd when everyone was screaming and cheering lol

@jenniferxcheck thats not why they removed the vocals! lol when they record sound for concerts they use that back soundboard of the audio. it has nothing to do with the sound we r hearing out in the arena. all the instruments and her mic is hooked up and run through a computer in the back so they have clean sound for the recording of it. they didnt REMOVE the crowd sound. rather they did not put us in because we were VERY loud. i was there on the 13th front row.

@Nellyiloveyou No she isn't. This has been done to every one of her live shows that were put on DVD or aired on TV. Live from Las Vegas and Live from Miami were both replaced with studio versions, and now they are doing it with this one. So not fair...

@singerbaby9200 Actually in Live From Miami the backing track was made louder by her team there because she wasnt singing live thats why stephanie and gramicha were louder than her and thats why yhu can hear the changes between the audio

@DudeInTheMix that and the show wasn't pre-recorded, it was broacasted live, so was DWAD but this show they have time to "edit" it, but i'm thinking that they are going to change it just from all the complaints they've been getting. and btw they aren't doing the dvd, just broadcasting it.

@singerbaby9200 yes, BUT this is such an OBVIOUS track dubbing!!! At LEAST in Live from Miami and Las Vegas, you could hear the crowds AND the studio tracks were tweaked a bit to sound acoustic or "real" AND there were instances of live britney singing.....don't get me wrong I'll still watch it but it's disappointing ;-(

I noticed that the audio is different too. It's been cleaned up so much that even the sound of the crowd is gone. It's not bad. They just wanted to focus on the music and the sound quality.

She sung together with the playback, because when she does a hard dance move she can't stand her voice... EPIX put the audio track of the studio version on it... SHE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A LOT OF FANS, BECAUSE LIP SYNCING OR NOT, SHE IS BRITNEY.

@fanmilotic Im not taking that because there are other artists who sing without doing the lip syncing shit and dance, look at micheal jackson, he was a pretty hard ass dancer and he sang really good when he was live, and britney doesn't really show a lot of hard ass dance moves as good as micheal jackson in this video. and if she doesn't stand her voice live then she shouldn't sing AT ALL!!

They removed the audio of her singing and replaced it with the song that's why you can't hear her singing or the crowd. believe me people I went to this exact concert in toronto which is when it was filmed and there were A LOT of cheering and LIVE singing, that's probably the reason they replaced it, because you can barely hear her in the dvd when everyone was screaming and cheering lol

@jenniferxcheck thats not why they removed the vocals! lol when they record sound for concerts they use that back soundboard of the audio. it has nothing to do with the sound we r hearing out in the arena. all the instruments and her mic is hooked up and run through a computer in the back so they have clean sound for the recording of it. they didnt REMOVE the crowd sound. rather they did not put us in because we were VERY loud. i was there on the 13th front row.
