isnt standered procedure when you are on a IFR flight plan to fly to the FAF when you are cleared for the visual APP?

@revowild NO.. The FAF is part of an instrument approach. I was not cleared for an instrument approach. When "cleared for the Visual" it means that you are "cleared for a visual approach" in my case I was instructed to "report right downwind runway 23".

when he cleared you for the visual did you just fly to the FAF point?

@444drummer444 Yea been working on mounting options. Ideally I would have a few cameras setup for the flight. panel / side view of wing / forward cam. That way I can edit them all in.
