As a physician I saw signs of early-stage hyperventilation when she started talking afterward - I've never seen her that out of breath nor has her breathing pattern turned into something so irregular before. I feel that she just needed to get off the stage (for whichever reason, or all of them) because her breathing got worse throughout the interview. The little bit of redness in the face reflect that also; it's probably not "just" exhaustion. You can see a man holding out his arm to support -c-

And please, watch at least ONE interview or read about her or something because one cheeky remark does not make a soft-hearted and loving person a "bitch", and people who love her know this isn't something that recurrs frequently - to the contrary, she's always been very humble.
