@TheDrifta31 Thanks man, I wish i took some more videos of this thing. This was one of the first videos we made, I was still getting used to the kart. Thanks for the kind words and thanks for watching
@ejcr032 I love fast stuff, I'm always building crazy stuff. I figured this would be one awesome project, turns out that everyone agrees, lol. Thanks for watching
@125AXer At the time i just didn't really want to spend the money on one of those nicer frames. Fronts brakes would have definitely been a awesome addition to the kart. The rear brakes didn't really stop 100hp at the axle either though, lol. Thanks for watching
@r1inoz Well thanks MATE! I love how your so jealous of me mate. No i dont make big bucks from this, But i do make big bucks from my regular job or for doing side work for idiots like you who are not capable to doing their own work. Im 23 and im sure im doing way better than you will ever think about doing. Get a life and stop trolling my videos. Lets see some videos of your stuff. Oh wait you dont have shit. Until you can show me some of your projects don't write back you ass. GROW UP
@r1inoz wtf are you talking about.... I said if you dont have a welder and a machine shop plan on spending alot of money. Everything was custom made on my kart, i used my machine shop and all my fabrication equipment to build this. It doesn't take a lot of money to build, but you if you have to buy a fucking welding or pay someone to do all your fab work then it will take a lot of money. Keep commenting and viewing though, you make me money! Thanks YouTube Ads :) middle finger to ya R1inoz
@bluemk3supra am not scared you dumb shit!! am a speed junkie just like every one else. look at how he sliding, that what am talking, you cant go full cuz you going to slide. i want some thing that fast but has traction. can you win a fucking grip race with that thing going side ways. think..... sponge bob...
hey its kevin! think i could get some info on how got everything together cause me and my brother are gonna be building one with an r6 motor! please help!?!
@MiKeDaStONeD Its all custom fabrication... I started with a rolling chassis and just added to it. Let me know if you need some more info. I sold the chassis so i cant really pull dimensions or anything anymore.
@Avalanche1530 Thanks man, i also have a 04 Raptor 660 that i was going to use, but i found the cannondale with no motor so there was no reason for me to rip my Raptor apart.
True Free energy devices exist,But Millions are spend in supressing that information,Find a motor that needs no fuel or input at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Join the energy revolution!
@mswoonc Theoretically it could, but it would pretty much be physically impossible with the current setup. The thing was geared 1:1 in this video, so 1st gear would easily do 60-70+ , so if you took it all the way to 6th gear things get a bit crazy.... The tires wouldn't hold up to that though. I rode this thing in 1st and 2nd gear only, and boiled the tires off of it in 20 minutes of driving it. I just pulled the motor off the kart yesterday, it will be going in a cannondale 440 quad. :)
hey make sure you film the crash video.... Some wild engineering but no suspension and cog way out of wack way to much torque to control just a matter of time before drop dead fred crushes his head.....Great job!!!!
@mannexx111 Thanks for watching the video man, just a fun project to waste some time at work. Im sure many things could have been done better, but i was told i wouldnt do it, and i did ... so goal accomplished. This thing is about to be broken down and this motor will be going into a cannondale 440 quad to make a sick drag quad, should be exciting to say the least :). Thanks again
@stefanoargenys Why waste my time with your bullshit comment. Stop trolling my videos if you don't like what I do. One day you might be as cool as me, probably not though!
@ninja6kid I have already rebuilt the frame... The rear section is made of 1.5 x 2 x 3/16 wall rectangle tubing now. Should be plenty stout enough to handle anything i throw at it. Any other questions!
@MrBatis Doing the math the way its geared, it should do 80+ in 1st gear.... Iv never shifted into 2nd so i couldnt tell you top speed. Im sure it will do 150+ if you have a long road and BIG NUTS. I know iv been close to 70-80 MPH and its pretty sketchy being 1/2" off the ground...
@clubmotorider13 Its not to bad... Just do some research and you will be fine. Putting this same motor on a golf-cart would be about the same process , just takes time and some creativity...
Yes its still forsale.... I live in Central Florida. I was going to make a new kart completely out of 304 stainless tubing and 304 stainless plate ... Might use parts off this kart but not sure yet.
thats bad ass no beyond it! im lookin to build a go cart whair can i get the frame and parts ? id rather do it my self and learn then to have it and when it breaks not know how to fix it and help thanks!
@322nicholas I got a rolling chassis from craigslist from a KT100 kart. I also got my motor from craigslist, i had to find some random electrical components but most of the stuff is readily available.
Yeah this is the 2005 GSXR-600 fuel injected motor. I have a bunch of sensors bypassed and disabled and she still runs fine, idles good and had plenty of power throughout the RPM ranges. I was going to put some breathers on top of each throttle body but i never had a chance to pick any up.
interesting, i have a 2006 ninja 636 motor and there are primary and secondary injectors not just sensors, first it injects fuel into the airbox and again into the throttle bodiesi dont really see any way to get around it.
The 06 GSXR-600 motors has primary and secondary injectors but the 05 motors do not. I have both complete motors but decided to go with the 05. Ifs its a problem for you running an airbox just use one.
Damn man you need to get a life. This is your third comment on my video, and none of them are intelligent statements. Stop trolling my videos and wishing you had the things i have. To sum it all up: Get a life, go get laid, go read some books idiot. Hater
I work at a fabrication shop so all the metal was free. I payed $500 for the engine, plus another $300-$400 for gauges, sensors, and wiring. I payed around $500 for the rolling kart chassis. You can buy this kart if you want! Make an Offer!
The axle on this kart is a 1-1/2 Hollow, with the stock 3 bearing supports. I didnt think it was going to hold up but im not having any problems with it yet. When i was first building it i was going to switch to the solid 40mm and add an extra bearing support. I figured i would run it how it is until something snapped then replace all of it.
do you know where i can get a 40mm solid axle?mine came with a 40mm hollow and 3 bearings and its already tweaked!!it actually doesint have to be solid but i need the strongest available ive looked everywhere
If you already tweaked your axle your going to need to add another bearing carrier. Try "comet kart sales . com" If you cant find what you want you might try finding a machine shop in your area and they should be able to fab anything you need.
yeah i checked comet they only have 3mm wall... my friend is 75 year old machinist and can make me one easily but, hes 75 years old i didint want to bother him to much :P.Oh do you think standard bearings would be good enough or should i get"high performance' ones, double the cost?ive heard they cant take the weight and power.thanxs man
If your already spending the money on swapping axles just go ahead and spend a little extra to do it right on the bearings too. That 4th bearing will help tremendously though. Make sure you frame is stiff too. If your frame is flexing that also adds to the stress on the axle....
Thanks man... In one day i already burned off a set of rear tires! Man this thing is going to be expensive! I see you are a subscriber, do you know me? Or just like my videos? Just wondering.
