I have EMG-sized Nordy Big Singles in my Spector Euro Bolt-On 4 & Fretted/Fretless 5-strings that sound *PERFECT* in these Basses. The combination of bolt-on construction with non-standard Spector woods vs the more typical "Maple Neck-Thru" along with the unique design of the Big Single (which has its magnets rotated 45 degrees resulting in a larger aperture & capturing more harmonic content) give them a unique "Spector meets J-Bass" tone. Absolutely fantastic pickups & a huge part of MY tone!

Thanks for the view and comment...maybe one day I will have one to review - but in the meantime I can tell you that it plays and sounds great!!! Carey has a special way of shaping his fretboards to get incredibly low and clean action all the way up the neck. I have 60s P basses and and this is one of the finest modern variants - brings the form factor to a new level - it has MOJO
