Do you know if it is possible, it must be, to create an illusion of rain dropping into water. You know like a flop effect.

you might need a more powerful 3D motion tool like Cinema 4D. Or better yet, just film water dropping into water XD

if you have like a clip of the water you want to have that effect like say your standing next to it a recordiing it the first effect he shows you and turn it into a 3D layer and rotate it to match the water you want then make another layer with the rain effect
