The Modern day templars are very nice to me. They are charitable.They help the sick,help teach and guide people and they keep a christian foothold in Jerusalem. They teach honor,integrity, chivalry,etc. They love history too. They do many of the things that the old ones had done. A very nice order to join I say. A good way to keep your spiritual life in check.

just to elaborate the templar manual was a strict book the templars had to follow including vows of chastity (no sex) vows of poverty (no money, the templar order provided the knights gear and lodgings) so you can imagine that nowadays nobody observes these rules and therefore the idea of modern day templars is a farce
