The U.S. was founded on Christian principles, which allows religious freedom...the freedom to chose Christ or another religion.

It's funny to me, how you talk about how evil government control is, but yet you want the government to control whether or not every woman can choose, and you want the government to control whether or not gays can marry. Typical hypocrite.

The united states isn't based on Christian principles. It's not a Christian nation. It was founded for the purpose of regilious freedom, so "any man can worship whatever god he sees fit however he sees fit." After he wrote the constitution, Jefferson spent the rest of his life defining the seperation of church and state, so that no one could use his documents to create a theocracy, what you want to have. a nation ruled by religion. That's not what America is or was intended to be.
